Your child walked in.
You already know.
A camera at the gate recognises every student as they walk past. Nothing to touch, nothing to carry, no queue. Attendance is marked and the parent is told, in seconds.
The register was never the problem. The delay was.
Roll call eats the start of every period, and a parent finds out their child never arrived only when school ends.
An hour of teaching, gone
Calling names across eight periods costs more than an hour of class time every single day.
Proxy attendance
A friend answers to a name. On paper, and on shared cards, nobody can tell the difference.
Parents learn too late
If a child never reached school, the family should know at 8am. Not at 3pm.
Queues at the gate
Fingerprint and card readers create a line at exactly the moment everyone arrives together.
Four steps. Nothing in a child's hand.
We install high-definition IP cameras at your gate and position them ourselves. Nothing is issued to students, so nothing can be lost, shared or swapped.
We fit the camera
A high-definition IP camera is installed at your gate by us, positioned and tested so every face is captured clearly.
The face is matched
Against the student's enrolled photo. When two children look alike it says unknown rather than guessing.
Attendance is marked
In and out, against your own school timings, straight into the register.
The parent is told
A message the moment their child arrives, and a clear alert when they do not.
Not a pilot. Not a prototype.
These are live installations, marking attendance every school day.
Every entry, with the photo that proves it.
Not a number on a screen. You see who walked in, when, and through which gate.
- Live monitoring log with a photograph of every single visit
- Register filled automatically, class by class, in and out
- Unknown faces flagged, so you see who came in who should not have
- Fees, exams, homework, transport and payroll in the same place

And the whole school runs on it.
Attendance is where schools start. Everything else the office does is already here.
Fees & Online Payment
Invoices, dues, receipts, and parents paying from their phone.
Exams & Marksheets
Schedules, marks entry, grades and printed report cards.
Parent & Teacher Apps
Attendance, homework, fees and notices in the parent's pocket.
Transport & Bus Tracking
Routes, stops, and where the bus is right now.
Staff & Payroll
Attendance, leave, salary and documents for every employee.
Library, Hostel & Inventory
Issue and return, room allotment, and stock in one register.
The questions schools actually ask
Do we have to arrange the cameras?
No. We supply and install high-definition IP cameras ourselves, and we position them so a face is captured at the size recognition needs. Ordinary CCTV is usually mounted too high and too far back to read a face at all, which is why we do not rely on it.
Can a student fool it with a photo on a phone?
This is a real risk with any face system, which is why a gate is not left completely unattended in practice. Every recognition is stored with the picture that produced it, so anything doubtful can be checked afterwards.
What if two children look alike?
The system compares the best match against the next closest student. If the two are too near to call, it records the visit as unknown instead of guessing. A wrong name on the register is worse than a missing one: a teacher can fill a gap, but nobody notices a wrong entry.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The camera keeps recording locally and the register can be marked by hand as before. Nothing is lost, and attendance catches up when the link returns.
Who owns the photographs?
The school does. Data is separated school by school, gate snapshots are deleted automatically after seven days, and no school can see another school's records.
How long does setup take?
A school with existing cameras and student photos is usually live within a day, including importing your current student data.
